How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Our Storage Specialists can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we will help you determine how much space is needed.
Do I have to rent for a certain number of months?
No, your lease is on a month-to-month basis with a minimum one month commitment.
Do I get a discount if I commit to a longer stay?
We do offer long term rental incentives. If you would like to prepay your rent for an extended period, please ask our friendly staff about our special discounts.
When is my rent due?
Your rent is due on the same day of each month based on the date that you moved in. If you move in on the 17th of the month it will always be due on that day each month.
How do I pay my rent?
Your rent is due on or before the due date each month. You may pay by cash, eftpos or cheque at the office and Visa, Mastercard or debit card over the phone during office open hours. We also accept credit card authorizations to facilitate your timely payment.
Is there power in your units?
For the safety and security of all our customers, there are no power outlets in our units.
Do I need content insurance or does my home insurance protect my belongings in storage?
You are responsible for insurance coverage for your belongings while they are in storage. You will need to arrange specific content insurance with your insurance company.
Can you co-ordinate a local moving company?
Our staff will be able to recommend some local movers that are reliable and reasonably priced.
Does your self storage facility provide pest control?
Yes, each unit is pest controlled before you move in. We are committed to maintaining a pest-free facility.
Are there any items which I cannot store?
You cannot store any hazardous, toxic, or illegal items. Also, no food or perishable items can be stored in our spaces. If in doubt of what can be stored in our spaces, please ask your Storage Specialist during office hours.
Do you sell packing materials?
Yes, we offer boxes and packaging tape.
